Your ideas and your privacy

We’ve had quite a few calls and emails about confidentiality, and specifically around protection of ideas which I hope to answer below.

What’s been happening with entries so far?

We’ve received 85 entries to date and we’re storing them securely. Nobody has seen any of them yet.

What’s happening next?

Two iQ staff will be administrating the entries, “anonymysing” them inasmuch as possible and allocating them in batches to the external judging panel from the 13th of May. Our judges will then begin evaluating the entries and will draw up their shortlist. Shortlisted entries will be announced at a public event on the 10th of June.

Our judges & NDAs

Prior to judging starting next week, our judges will be signing a non-disclosure agreement to cover all of the entries they are to evaluate.

Still have concerns?

Any more questions? Email questions@iqprize.ie

If you’re still concerned, we fully respect your right to withdraw from the iQ Prize. If you do so between now and the 13th of May, we’ll delete your entry from our system without any iQ staff or judges having seen them. If you wish to withdraw after the 13th, we’ll sort that for you too.
